Why is it important to register?
MOW is a nonprofit organization. All registration and vendor fees are used towards the planning and execution of the entire conference.
The proceeds collected cover:
- Administrative materials & postage
- Registration supplies
- Coffee and refreshments
- Facility rentals
Room reservations are extremely important to meet our conference quotas. This allows us to accommodate you and obtain reasonable room rates.
Registration is required to attend workshops, entertainment activities, banquet and buffet.
Ten people will be seated at each table at the banquet and buffet.
Groups wanting to sit together MUST mail the registration forms and payments together to the address indicated on the registration form.
Please include a completed registration form for each person included in your group. The form may be duplicated.
Seating will be based upon the date registration(s) are received. (Do not mail after March 27, 2020).
Registration packets will be available for pick up at the hotel after 4 pm on Thursday, April 16, 2020.
